To brand YOU is really important to any business, especially yours. If you consider this for a moment, Apple is projected to be the first 800 billion dollar company in the world. We all know the story, however they build the loyalty through BRANDING a product. It started with an odd-looking and colorful computer. Now it’s there phones and IPADS, they turned the music industry upside down and besides coming out with an iPhone 7. Reports are in that they could buy TESLA and run the electric car market, just because of the APPLE Brand.
There other companies that has great brand loyalty like the NFL, Major League Baseball, Toyota, BMW and ROLEX watches that come to mind. So just how would you begin to brand you in worldwide marketplace, just so your prospect can find you.
Glad you ask the question! It really begins with you reveling yourself to the market or niche you are targeting for business. It would be very important to share your biggest strengths, what you are passionate about and what separates you from the rest, thus making you unique.
Make your personal brand targeted, meaning identify who needs to know about what you are offering. How what you are offering can solve their problems and your willingness to share your personal experience and how you will stand behind your offering to insure it delivers.
Study what is in the marketplace, the quality, whom is it serving, cost, availability, and any problems that may it not have been meet. In this area you want to set yourself apart by not using the same language, but you are address their challenges in a compelling way that has your prospects connect with you.
Create a brand statement, almost like a mission statement, except you want this very brief and to the point, that way it will be memorable. With all the above, now its really time to get that image out there using the social media platform available.
