A woman reached out to her through her FB private message, requesting my wife to buy her product because she was trying to win a contest her company sponsor. Imagine that, they have never met, plus she did even bother to review my wife’s’ profile. She felt comfortable in making that request nevertheless and it is not her fault, this is common practice these days. If there is no break in that pattern many of these folk will just spin in circles until they quit and give our industry another black eye.
Day in and day out companies, corporations spend billions of dollars on content marketing to you and I in our respective spaces. As a family, single, male or female, within seconds they provide value by presenting the end off of having their product or service within your grasp and we go for it. An Apple product cost twice as much for their products over their competitors. People know the value in an Apple product, so the cost becomes secondary. People with do whatever they need to do to have the Apple product. And they come back again to purchase whatever else Apple creates. That is great content marketing, so it real important to provide value within your brand and the brand has got to be YOU.
